1 bunch of kale
olive oil spray
sprinkling of salt
What to do
Preheat oven to 180C. Remove the leaves from the stem and tear into bite sized pieces.
Spray with oil and sprinkle with the teensiest bit of salt.
Bake for 15 mins.
Pop these into your mouth like popcorn.
